It is frankly unfair for the process to force politicians to do things like remember what state they're in and all the local pronunciations for everything and how to eat the local foods. But Obama was definitely an idiot to talk about arugula in Iowa, as bad as Dukakis with his Belgian endive.

I haven't heard of Ron Paul getting involved in these kinds of events, have you?

Come to think of it, no I haven't. It's sort of hard to imagine him doing that, as that doesn't seem to be his style.
