Anyone who responds to this blog with anything other than "thank you, that was amazing" is pretty much told they are defensive and don't get it by other commenters. Apparently the take home message is that white privilege is alive and well. Is it possible that the blog is racist?

As a "white guy", I must disagree to a certain extent.

The enforcement of many laws are disproportionately affecting minorities. The actions of the State are more often not against white people, and prison populations are mostly minorities. White privilege exists in the selective enforcement of laws and security ops by State agents who are free to discriminate to any extent that isn't blatantly unconstitutional in any single instance, and have no incentive to treat people as equals under the law.

If anything, minorities should take a serious look at joining the liberty movement because they are being mistreated worse than the average middle class white guy by the oppressive state. Unfortunately, to many, "fighting the man" just boils down to more collectivism, grouping all white people into the privileged political oppressing class and refusing to see that most people don't care what color what someone is when Liberty is the goal.

Only govt benefits from this simplistic division, and the stark divisions are only evident because the govt pits groups against each other for their share of a fixed-sized pie. With Liberty, the pie grows and is shared with all who are peaceful and even the least bit helpful. With govt, it shrinks and shrinks and shrinks, until it makes us all equally poor and resentful whenever one group gets a slight favor over another.

The bloger is retarded. The only thing that makes the Tea Parties extreme to gim is that they do not believe in big government. This is how I come to this conclussion. He specifically goes through great lengths to not talk about the core message tea parties present. If he was right then it would be easy to prove how their message is just an excuse or that they have a message of hate. He can't provide assertions for either. If Tea Party was black and with our message I would join it in a heart beat. However if black panthers came out on the streets well ofcourse I would oppose them however I can.

Actually, this is just wrong on the face of it.

1. We already have an example of the "black" rally - the Million Man March. The Media ate it up.

2. Latinos are currently protesting the Arizona law around the nation and they are being very violent. And the Tea Party people are peaceful. Yet the media thinks more highly of the protesting latinos than the Tea Party people.

So, basically, he got everything backwards. White people often can't get away with anything, because their opponents can just yell racist and do other race-baiting tactics.

As usual, leftists see groups, not individuals.
