Its funny, I'm in pharmacy school and we were just learning about schedule 1-5 drugs and I was thinking how absolutely ridiculous it was for marijuana to be a class 1. Perfect example of government failure and the inability for them to use common sense over bureaucracy.

yeah that point alone makes folks opposing marijuana look pretty foolish and even incompentent to hold office!!

i find it funny they need to study something that already has over 25,000 uses and was used for over 5,000 yrs!!

we need to expose the 75 yrs of lies and propaganda and hold them all accountable for defending LIES!!

I am a pharmacist, and I second this. Pot is infinitely safer than many of the medications I dispense on a daily basis. Interestingly, virtually every patient I have talked with about this particular subject agrees with me (and I know it's a very unscientific measure of sentiment). I also live in the Bible belt in Alabama so the response I've gotten surprises me.

nice to hear views are changing in alabama as well;)

i find it awesome that i live in a county that is in a majority to Legalize Marijuana. we have a 72% voter base in summit county and a 52% majority in my county and i promise you the numbers are even bigger then that. that was just voters;)
