Angela, how do you answer Live_Free_Or_Die below? Click in the arrow to see his full post, with citations, showing that the "probable cause" restriction amounts to the will of the police.


You seem to have a lot of faith in the mystical restraint of probable cause.


This is natural, since "probable cause" is defined as


"a reasonable amount of suspicion, supported by circumstances sufficiently strong to justify a prudent and cautious person's belief that certain facts are probably true"

It's laughable to see people trusting a bunch of undefined and subjective terms to defend them from government. Government violates your rights even when it is clearly prohibited. Will they stop with an even weaker subjective restriction? Hell. no. Welcome to RonPaulForums. Join us in begging for a police state.
