The first minute of the Abrams Report video on 10/10/2007 gets accross who Ron Paul is better than anything else I've ever seen! It touches Ron Paul's main points and crunches in all his best debate moments! If you're going to show someone a 1-minute video to introduce Ron Paul, THIS IS IT!

Here is an edited version with just the first minute:

WOW. That "No Thanks" to a GWB endorsement was interesting...I don't think RP needed to say he'd "lose all credibility" in that circumstance, but he was very clear that he does not stand for Bush's policies.

Yeah, the intro is great for anti-war types, but I think it'd induce meltdown for pro-war people.

I snapped together a quick YouTube video of just the first minute expressly for door-to-door usage.

Good stuff for areas of the country where the antiwar message is welcomed. My only concern with the video is the "Longshot" caption which I'm afraid will reinforce the #1 concern people already have about RP - whether he has a chance.

He absolutely would lose credibility if dubya endorsed him. RP is the anti-dubya.

Can I ask how you're showing people this door to door?

I'm an introvert and just have no idea how this is done. I'd also like to hear from some of the pros about how they talk to people, get them interested and show them substantial stuff all without sounding pushy or what have you.

I don't think he should seek an endorsement from W. but I don't think he should renounce it either. When it comes down to it, I doubt that he would.

I just wanted to comment on Dan Abrams....

I think our emails payed off the other day. You know why? Because hes the head honcho over on MSNBC now and he never had many political guests on his own show.

The other day was back to back Ron Paul remember? Hardball, Tucker, And Now The Abrams Report which usually is reserved for celebrity gossip/trials.

So i think he listened to our emails and hooked us up. Hes a good guy.

I actually have an inkling that Dan Abrams might be one of the rare honest guys in media.

That's EXACTLY what I would have wanted him to say.

Now that I think about it, the strongest thing Dubya could do to hurt Ron Paul's chances would be TO ENDORSE HIM!!!

It was the right thing to say.

And worrying about whether he would accept it or not is akin to worrying about what we would do if Jupiter quit revolving around the sun and headed on a crash course for earth.
