I'm stunned at the idea of someone going to a religious university and not expecting it to be lefty. There are not exactly a lot of schools with uniformly conservative faculty that offer graduate degrees other than in divinity programs-- even the supposedly conservative ones, like BYU, have liberals teaching there. I think he was delusional, and I mean that seriously.
