California spent 1 billion dollars to house criminal illegal aliens, last year. As the illegal alien prison population explodes, the state scrambles to find federal funds.

The State Criminal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP) is suppose to help local communities contend with illegal alien crime. Due to the rapid increase in illegal alien crime, SCAAP is under-funded and ineffective.

Whatever one may think of Lou Dobbs, I always find it absurd when people continue to lay on the 'He's racist!' standard argument even considering this fact and the fact he even lives with her parents.

The Social Safety Net could (and SHOULD) be paid for by things like modest tariffs and low Corporate Income Taxes.
