Call it a conspiracy if you will, but part of me believes that he is purposefully pushing tons of resistance to it in order to rally up Republicans(whom are easily going to win the next 2010 elections) into pushing more laws regarding illegal immigration, especially the new Biometric ID Cards.

Think about it for a second. Either way this turns out, the attention given to it is going to make immigration a huge topic in the elections, undermining the real problems of our economy and foreign policy. It will create almost a need for new Republican candidates to push for even more "immigration reform" and give them the support for it.

Possibly. They forced Arizona into a corner to enact this. I don't fault Arizona one bit for this desperate reaction.

Folks in the Patriot Community were doing investigation to help free him.

Found Not Guilty on the Grenade Launcher. Lots of government shenanigans.
Still has to go to court on the Child rape charge. From what I understand that is bogus also, but he is out of jail in the mean time.
