Ron Paul FINALLY got an opportunity to explain HOW he would go about implementing some of his ideas.yes, this is very critical and it's something he rarely gets to explain. He's not going to pull the rug out from anybody and he's not going just shut down whole departments and such. He made the point that the President's power is supposed to be limited and he would need the consensus of the country to implement his policies and it would take time. Even with a consensus - your are trying to role back a century of beauracracy. He's not going take away healthcare from people dependent on it or throw anybody to the wolves. He has to make these points more often.
