There was a post on the forums here a while back that espoused that an Amero Coin had already been minted. In this age of information on the net, it is important to cross-reference information to be sure of the validity. In this spirit, I received an email from David Allen who has an AM Radio talk show in Jacksonville.

I wanted to pass this along so you could be informed. It seems that this "Amero" is in essence an "Artistic Rendering of what an Amero would look like" and not an actual Amero coined in the Denver Mint.

Yeah total fake. I doubt if a NAU would result in a currency named the Amero given all the attention that has been given to the name.
