I am strongly against this -- this, and cases like it, are a clear abuse of Eminent Domain.

This is horrible, yet SCOTUS has already ruled that we don't really own our land if somebody else wants it badly enough.


So Bob the builder wants it, the lawyers bleed you dry and then some pretending you have a chance of beating them off with legal sticks, and in the end you're left with pretty much nothing.

What to do, what to do....

The people of the community should go to the dog groomers and barricade themselves in the building or something.

I hope they raise hell in the community and fire incumbents. They are fooked in the court system.
