Big:

Americans Against Escalation in Iraq is a group of independent entities, including the Service Employees International Union, MoveOn.org Political Action, VoteVets.org, Center for American Progress Action Fund, USAction, Win Without War, Campaign for America's Future, the United States Student Association, Working Assets, Americans United for Change, Campus Progress Action and Nation Security Network, that have banded together as a coalition to launch a multi-faceted, multi million dollar effort in fifteen target states to education the American public about the true costs of the war in Iraq, mobilize opposition against President Bush's Iraq policy, as well as apply on-going pressure on members of Congress to oppose this failed policy.

Well, Faux is going to jump on this and say MoveOn is supporting Ron Paul

Far out. I suppose this could be a real boost for RP, then, huh? I wonder if this signals any kind of change or breakthrough?

BTW: Gotta love one of those comments. Quote:

"Establishment Republicans are fascists. Establishment Democrats are fascist wannabes. Ron Paul is the equivalent of an atomic bomb being dropped on the establishment. Bombs away!"

:D

are they gonna be actually running 'THIS' ad? With Ron Paul as the focus? That would be great!! Do we know when and where?

Well, there are a lot of democrats like myself who appreciate this huge, pro-peace organization standing behind Paul. MoveOn is the voice of many in America, we shouldn't trash them, especially if they are supporting us.

It's interesting the SEIU is in there. They were saying this morning they refused to support any Democrat and they would leave it up to their local branches what candidate they would support.

Im not trashing them. I'm just saying what conservatives might get from that - especially those on the fence with regard to supporting Dr Paul

The ad is great

I thought moveon.org was a Hillary Clinton front group?

I thought moveon.org was a Hillary Clinton front group?

Negative ghostrider. Its a group that formed independently to ask that the country get past the Clinton blowjob. Since then they've been activists for liberal causes.

I agree. Go MoveOn! Sadly, anyone anti-war these days is labeled a traitor. We need to turn that around.

Probably conspiracy theory. Now, they are supporting ending Chimpy's crusade, something Hillary won't commit to.

Lol ConservativeAmerican is such a joke.

The heck you talking about? Defending America from the threat of islamofacism is socialism now? Apparently to the Ron paul kooks, who are the ones who would let islamofacists attack us again and again just to spite the imaginary man behind the curtain, or the black-helicopter pilot. They would abandon israel just to try and prove the false claim that the jihadists are just "misunderstood" or "victims."

This is the group/website at the end.
http://www.iraqcampaign.com

It sure would be nice if they run it nationwide. I don't care who is behind it. Ron Paul has the record of not being influenced by lobbyists.

abandon Israel? Israel can take care of itself, make peace themselves and negotitate themselves. I am tired of welfare that provides no change, its no different than welfare here, the more you subsidize it the more they want it. Sure, back them in the event of a major attack but short of that they need to negotiate away something.

Why would we be supporting a terrorist state anyway?

I think it's great. Gives credence to RP's argument of others supporting his viewpoint, not him supporting theirs.

For that very reason, I wouldn't tie my wagon to anything that has to do with the government created and promoted Moveon.org.
