What I like is it does a few things:

1) Gets people talking about the constitution.
2) Illustrates Romney has not read and/or does not understand the constitution.
3) Illustrates Giuliani doesn't care about going to Congress for a war declaration, like Bush. Giuliani = Bush = bad.
4) Ron Paul will eventually come to the top of the debate in the minds of voters because he is the one that was right. The President MUST go to congress to declare war and the way we got mired in Iraq must not happen in Iran as well.
