So if its anti-counterfeit they wont be printing up a bunch of them causing ever increasing inflation for the next 100 years? Or is it just a new design of the old inflated piece of toilet paper from before that will continue to depreciate at an alarming exponential rate?

Yeah, thats what i thought. I am not really worried about my neighbor counterfieting, I am worried about my Government/Federal Reserve counterfeiting, and i dont see this stopping them at all.

OH WAIT! 100 looks like shiny gold!! my precious...

yeah, funny how they don't get angry at prices doubling every couple of years due to counterfeit by the federal reserve.

America’s New $100 Bill Might as Well Be a Euro
an article that mocks Drudge readers :

Um, Drudge-siren! Is this bill a Communist-style invasion of our civil liberties? A fascist and also very European-seeming prohibition of our Constitutional right to produce and distribute counterfeit currency? It’s for sure the most despicable bill since that other one granting 32 million uninsured Americans health-care.

They changed the design mainly to thwart counterfeits?

The old $100 notes are still legal tender. Why would a counterfeiter stop making the old design?

I must have missed something.

A bill was passed "granting" 32 million uninsured Americans health care?

When did that happen?

There was some garbage passed forcing 32 million people to buy a piece of shit product that they might not need or be able to afford, I did hear about that.

Basically the old ones will be taken out of circulation quite quickly via banks and then all old bills will be given a greater level of suspicion when handed to a cashier.

Yeah... it's govt. logic, there is some legitimacy to it but it's ineffective and a waste of time/effort/$ as per usual.
