check out the first comment:

Giuliani is a great one to recommend a candidate. His fell "9/11 hero" that he appointed to run the New York Police and later nominated to head Homeland Security turned out to be a mob-connected crook who is now in federal prison.BY allen on 04/19/2010 at 10:00

I can't see how this could help Grayson.

second comment posted:

How is Rudy Giuliani relevant to Kentucky? This guy is really getting annoying, he was annoying as the Mayor of New York City and he's still annoying.

I would have thought that Grayson's best approach would have been to try and paint the "Tea Party" as outside influence. However, Cheney, Santorum, and Giuliani are hardly bluegrass-natives. Add to that, Giuliani isn't exactly who I would picture as in-tuned with Kentucky.

Don't get me wrong ... I hope Grayson fails ... but with an endorsement like this, it's almost like he wants to fail.

The former mayor of New York City endorsement?

I think that's a win for us [that it went to Grayson].

Remember, Rudy is trying to take Rand out to get back at Ron.

Another data point and example of the "Good Ole Boys" club/
Ghouliani is in it for the preserving the power of the right cronies and the money. I wonder if his corporate law firm stands to profit or has already profited from this endorsement.

I can't see Kentuckians backing Grayson because of this slimball Political Profiteer.

Maybe there will be more Guliani speeches of, "The terrorists attack us because we are free"

The steps are falling into place for Grayson to blame his campaign manager for his loss so he can run again without having egg all over his face.

It won't make a huge difference, since Trey already dominates the pro-choice demographic.

A big-government NY pro-abortion yank such as Rudy endorsing Trey almost guarantees a loss for him. Keep it coming!

The campaign manager is responsible for strategy and should convince TG to stay away from an endorsement from a big city mayor. I do not see any advantage to a Guiliani endorsement in a KY Republican Primary.

I have seen several strategic missteps in the last few weeks. It seems he is setting the stage, imo.

Funny enough the blogger who blogs anti-Rand articles out of Virginia seems to like the guy on the right:

Starting to make sense who doesn't like Rand.

Edit: Is that Santorum in the background?
