I believe the intent in this statement was that since the Republicans have generally changed their platform without any formal announcement, this means Ron Paul is the RINO because he opposes the "new" "unofficial" Republican platform that Republican voters seem to agree with without really knowing the platform has changed. Weren't these silly people ever taught that actions speak louder than words?
