Update: Kamal Jain has garnered ballot access by one vote. There was a two hour recount.
The Kamal Jain campaign has launched a formal challenge to the count of the votes. Two independent vote tallies, including the one kept by Red Mass Group show Jain with 14.7% of the votes of the convention. Rule 6.4 of the Convention states the following, "for the purposes of this Rule, where the percentage of total votes cast on any ballot for a particular office is a fractional number, the number shall be rounded up to the next whole number for a fraction of one-half or more." Under that rule Jain should have received his 15%.
Updates as the convention progresses.
