Johnson seems to want to fix the system and work within its confines whereas Paul just recognizes that the entire concept of "government" is a sham.

That's why I prefer Paul.

Yeah. I like Adam but, not that much. Maybe Gary could make his SOD.

I love the word "seems" which means you have no clue what they really stand for.

He can't legally run in 2012 via US Constitution requirement.

Paul keeps his cards close so that he doesn't come across as a radical. He supports the Constitution when it limits the government while supporting changing the parts of the constitution that give it power like repealing amendments.

He's also talked supportively of not the idea of not allowing the government to have a standing army. I saw a motor home diaries interview with Paul and they asked him what he thought of anarchists or voluntarists, and he said that was a great idea.

Plus all the Mises Institute people love him so I don't think he would do something that they would disapprove of.

I could get behind Johnson IF Paul does not run.

If Ron Paul doesn't run, my dream candidate is Tom Woods.

He would rhetorically curb-stomp his rivals in any debate. The guy is a phenomenal speaker, but has the philosophy and knowledge of history to back him up too.
