-At a hearing Wednesday, House Energy and Commerce Committee chairman Henry Waxman, a California Democrat, and Health Subcommittee chairman Frank Pallone, a New Jersey Democrat, called on baseball and its players to agree to bar major leaguers from using chew, dip or similar products during games.

In the minor leagues the "Dip police" go around the leagues and fine players.

In the Major leagues there is no such policy, that's why Mr. Waxman needs to butt in...

Frank Pallone is my congressman..


Maybe I should call his office and ask him to support a constitutional amendment to give federal govt power to regulate baseball.
