You will need QuickTime Alternative 1.90 or Real Alternative 1.60 to play it. You must enter that URL into the "Open File" prompt in Media Player Classic.

You can capture quite of few of them with an on-line program called KeepIt. Go to the following website and paste in the URL where the video is embedded. If it captures it, you have to right click on the file it generates and then select Save File As:

http://keepvid.com/

that site doesn't work with the url from the op tho, it's a "real time" media stream

Perhaps there is a better way, but with the limited playing around I do with movie files, the fewest number of steps to get a RM stream onto youtube is:
1) WM recorder to get the file recorded to the hard drive.
2) Total video converter to convert the rm file to an avi/wmv or whatever format you want.
3) edit as necessary and upload

It is near the beginning. Just watch for a bit, they will have callers.

I edited out most of the non ron paul stuff, and have a solid 10 minutes. In video edit mode now, should be able to upload to youtube in 15 minutes.
