Anyone else think it ODD that both straw polls had 1,806 votes cast?

Remember that when Ron won CPAC, the number of total votes cast qualified the accuracy of the poll?

EDIT: Nevermind...

Are you sure? I heard CPAC's was more like 2500 total. If this is true, this is a RATHER large coincidence. I can't say what it means, though.

The bottom half of my post came right off the Drudge article.

I believe the article is wrong. I can't remember exactly, but I want to say CPAC had 2,345 or so votes. Maybe a lazy copy/paste error by someone.

I'll go back and check.

I'll go back and check.

I didn't mean to direct that to you, I thought it was from the source article.

Well, you're right...It was a bad copy and paste...MINE!

I'll go back and edit it. There were 2,395 straw poll votes cast at CPAC.

If I remember correctly, though, the scoop back then was that the number of voters at CPAC made the poll results suspect. I suppose the even fewer number of votes at SRLC is most accurate...;)
