(Look, I know everyone's very ardent views on the topic, but I am happy the good guys are discussing it no matter how the debate turns out)

Mike needs to be in New Orleans voting for Ron Paul in the straw poll that is currently defined (until it's won by Ron) as the beginning of the 2012 presidential race.

Seriously, can someone call in and beg him to attend the SRLC? Even if the phone call does not persuade him, it could persuade others. Tell them to buy tickets (which are now actually free) from C4L.

Even if he will be in DC all day tomorrow as well, calling in could still help. If it generates one more vote for Ron Paul at the SRLC, it's worth it.

I would do it myself except that it should probably be done by a regular listener (I've listened to a couple podcasts that Cowlesy has linked to, but that's it) who knows him better.

I am working on getting Mike to the event tonight. No word back from him yet but I'm expecting his call.

It'd be good exposure for him if he could meet up with more Ron Paul people, as that's how I first met him (CPAC) and became a Sirius subscriber.

Probably a pain flying back from D.C., then driving to NOLA, and then he's up in NYC this upcoming week for the Tax Day Tea Party.
