Ventura is also scheduled to be on WTMA (http://wtma.com/showdj.asp?DJID=21097) tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, Jack Hunter may not be appearing on the show because he's in DC right now.

Ventura is a nut.

Yes, maybe so, but I find his appearances quite entertaining.

I'll take nutty Ventura over Blenn Geck anyday.

I don't agree with everything Ventura has to say, but he is 100% honest in what he says. The only other person I can say that about is Ron Paul right now.

Ventura is a clown and not worthy of my time.

And did he not support government intervention in healthcare? I think I recall that..hmm

I'm a closet liberal.

And did he not support government intervention in healthcare? I think I recall that..hmm

That is because he is a statist buffoon. He hates being forced to pay for wars and CIA coups he doesn't like, but doesn't mind forcing others to pay for "free" healthcare and a free lunch. He wants to have his cake and eat it to.

I hope health care is a topic, and Dr. Paul corrects Mr Venturas position.

I e-mailed a question to CNN for Jesse Ventura.

"My question is for Jesse Ventura. As someone who believes the government has murdered countless innocents both domestic and abroad, how can you support granting the same organization a monopoly on health care services?"

Hmm.. If I was Paul I would think twice about going on with that lineup.

yeah...by appearing with two freals like Blago and Jesse, it will seem like freak show night on Larry King.

From Larry King's site:

It's NOT Politics as Usual!

Tough-talkin' Jesse Ventura, disgraced Democrat Governor Rod Blagojevich and Republican Ron Paul take on the hot issues -- and each other!

Ventura isn't -that- bad guys. IMO at least.Really? He advocates government mandated healthcare for everyone

He's kind of like Nader. He gets it half right. Suggesting big-government platform is not the way to fix an untrustworthy big government (Ventura) or corporatism (Nader).

True. But can they be converted? Ron Paul makes more converts than enemies.

I can't do it. I've tried, but I just don't have the patience. (with the exception of one black friend of mine who I've almost completely turned against Obama, which has been a work-in-progress via near-passive political conversations (non-confrontational to the point of hardly being conversations at all), over the span of about a year now. I'm gonna try to convince him to vote libertarian for the governor's race in GA).

Ron Paul has a lot of patience. He's almost never turned down an interview and a chance to educate.
