This comment made me feel like he was a possible ancap, or at LEAST a POTENTIAL ancap!

He would never publicly admit such a thing, though... nor do I blame him - since the public would probably shut down to him.

Whenever I try to convince people of ancap, I usually slip it in the back door... I talk about limited govt to them over time until I know they're on my side with it... then when they request books I give them 'For a New Liberty' and 'Healing Our World'... when they're convinced or almost convinced I tell them they've been adopting ancap philosophy ;)

it's weird, but people don't even seem to get that they are reading about ancap when they read these or hear such ideas.

That was a great episode, and the judge had a stellar performance at the end. That was quite possibly the most annoying audience Stossel has ever had though. God dam they were annoying, especially when some of them cheered the pro-war guy.

Terrific episode! Napolitano was especially brilliant and you could tell he felt comfortable and in his own element because he didn't hold back or self-censor at all.

Wendy McElroy was the best panelist. I know of her, actually, she is popular in the world of third parties and anarchism. She was so eloquent.

The other guys shouldn't have been there. We only needed the beautiful Wendy McElroy up on stage.
