well elections are in 2010 Nov for my county;)(i have my republican caucus this weekend). where we have a ron paul republican who could run for county seat and win in nov:) but i think voters in Colorado are making plans as we speak,plus the marijuana movement already has paperwork in for a ballot intiative if lawmakers get to greedy or over zealous on medical marijuana! to basically stop them in their tracks by the voters of Colorado:)

remember in Colorado Medical Marijuana is in the Colorado Constitution!!!:)

We plan to put it on the town ballot in Leadville Co, where we have already had majority votes to legalize marijuana;)

From my understanding, decriminalization and legalization mean different things. Decriminalized means it's still illegal, but it's no longer a criminal violation. Is this correct?

decrim is removing the fine,but they could get you at state for 100 bucks for 1 ounce,sounds legal to me when a speeding ticket is more then marijuana:)


i hear what your saying but in reality we are changing laws and its legal for medical cards. the fact is in many terms marijuana is already LEGAL. I am more concerned with a speeding ticket then getting ticketed with 1 ounce and a bowl. the fine for speeding is more;)
