He's probably right.

That's why refusal is the next step.

See if they send in the Marines or NG to enforce it like they did 40 years ago.

Arizona AG,Terry Goddard, refuses to file. Guess who is throwing his hat in the Gov. race as of today?

AZ Gov. has a special session going on right now to allow her to file suit, due to his refusal to file suit.

LOL if they can pass unconstitutional laws then these same unconstitutional laws can and will be IGNORED.

Add the 'supremacy clause' to the list of things to be taken out of the Constitution next time we get around to amending it.

Out of an Article 5 Convention this is the one thing I would like done. If the only thing was done was to make State Law > Federal Law I would be most happy.
