Tennessee man makes the news concerning his attempts at a citizen's arrest and his challenge of Obama's eligibility...

"Fitzpatrick claimed General Sessions Judge Reed Dixon couldn't hear his case as he was part of the "conspiracy" to keep him from indicting President Obama."

What is this? Grand Juries don't have the power of impeachment, and whether President Obama was born in the United States is a political question to be decided between the federal branches of government. This is a non-justicable issue.

This clearly wasn't inciting a riot, but come on, trying to arrest a Grand Jury Foreman? On what charge? On whose indictment?

at least the ranking army surgeon who went "birther" as he refused another tour of duty that
would have sent him into afganistan had the cleverness to metaphorically shoot off his two big toes
without doing the deed painfully on himself. some of this seems to be a publicity stunt by the desperate.
