i can't help that my dorm has cable and my roommate has a tv!

I junked my cable as well. I think it was when the frying of my brain became audible that I had finally had enough.

Umm...well...uh...I work in cable...so...I...uhh...nevermind........

I don't have to pay for it though.....

A couple of years ago I canceled all but the basic $9.00 per month 12 channels that come with internet to avoid the $12.00 per month fee that Comcast charges in my area to get internet without cable. (I so wish BellSouth would step up and offer DLS on my street.)

I don't miss it a bit. RonPaulRadio gave very good coverage of the debate today.

My wife and I quit it two years ago.

We don't miss it.

We get our news from the internet and get entertainment from Netflix.

This is a good way to go we thinks!:)
