I wish all states would do this to all federal land.
The federal government shouldn't "own" anything.

And then the counties would do it to state land.

And sell it, using the proceeds to fund the decommissioning of the government, and cut property taxes to zero.

Haha. You know I used to wonder. What if State's taxed 100% of our income? Which government entity has more of a right to my income? The state or the Fed's.

Same kind of question with eminent domain. Ultimately one power must be subservient to the other.

Anyway, I know no one really has a right to my income, but you get the point.
