The State of Wyoming passed a law stating that it is a felony for a federal official, agent, employee, or corporation for federal government to enforce or attempt to enforce any statute, regulation, etc that prevents the State of Wyoming from excercising their right to intrastate commerce.

Let's make sure that Federal Judges and Justices that aloow any federal person to get off from punishment for violating this crime to be fined as well from local sheriffs. Letting this law get challenged in the federal courts defeats the whole purpose of this law.

The law sounds kind of vague. What are the implications?

I'd LOVE to be the cop interrogating the ATF agent who tried to impose a firearms tax. Payback is a bitch!:D
