I don't really identify myself with any of these except maybe a tenther but more and more we're see these er movements sprout, how about we make some more up. What are our suggestions.

Those who support an audit of the fed... Auditers

Those who support non-interventionest foreign policy... Peacers

And yes, I am aware these are derogatory terms from the media to define a movement, that's how every movement gets named. Originally Austrian economics was a derogatory term from I think the historical school of economics

Those aren't "movements". Those are factions within the movement. ;)

pcos But but but! You're a mover and a shaker! :p

Seriously? Why does every opinion now need a label?

What are people who think Roswell was the site of an alien spacecraft crash called?

People who disbelieve the original JFK story are called...?

Those who protested Vietnam are...? (Don't say "hippies"; that was a specific segment of that overall protest movement, and it proves my point that most people in my generation are probably under the impression that the bulk of people in the late 60s/early 70s were pot-smoking hippies.)

People can hold opinions but not be pigeonholed. The -er labels are just convenient ways to package and dismiss those who have those opinions as one big mass that is only as good as its craziest member. Truthers are all people who think 9/11 was carried out entirely by the Government, and that the Towers were blown up with explosives, and the planes were a distraction and and and. Birthers all think that Obama was born in Africa and there's a massive cover-up and they're just a bunch of internet spammers making it hard for lowly Government workers in Hawaii and and and.

Even the Tea Party, folks, is being used in much the same way, and it will be applied retroactively. When some of us talk about being a part of a Tea Party Money Bomb, what will history decide? Oh, the Tea Party... isn't that all the racist, homophobic neocons that are always calling people baby-killers while they support wars overseas?

I'm not an anything-er, sorry :)

that being a truther was a good thing. But it's like "bad." Bad is now good and truth is now bad? It's kind of hard to keep up with definitions these days. I must be a conspiracy factist.

What's the difference between a "tenther" and Ron Paul, or between a "tenther" and a Constitutionalist?

I understand the others you listed in the thread title are controversial and peripheral, but I don't see how "thenthers" are either.

I like this idea. There should be too many "ers" for the MSM to keep tabs on. I mean how can they demonize all of them? It would take too much airtime.
