there will be other youtubes and a better description later.
For now, found one very short youtube posted already . . .
this has the law school in background over the highway pedestrian bridge -
very short . . .
there will certainly be some of these youtubes with the shouting matches -
secret service and state troopers keeping between opposing sides - mostly just yelling/ chanting/bullhorns
maybe I'll start a new thread putting several of these together tonight.

PS if they were up to the bridge than 100's of these homemade signs

The groups grew in numbers after the speech attendees were let in to the Field House and eventually merged into one large group of protestors outside of the Field House.
“I’ve just had enough of Obama and his minions and the power they’re trying to push, not only into health care, but every other part of American life,” said Dwight Niermeyer, a Republican from Lowden. “The government has too much power to begin with. It seems like there’s nothing they don’t want to take over…This is completely over the top.”
Protestors on the pedestrian bridge waved signs that read: “Hands off my health care,” “The health care reform is a star spangled bummer” and “We’ll remember in November.”
Niermeyer and other protestors said Thursday that despite having what might be considered an unpopular opinion among Iowa City’s heavily-Democratic population, most people treated them with civility.
