Pelosi Birthday Money Bomb Today!

Today we are celebrating the 70th birthday of our beloved and benevolent Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.

So in the spirit of celebration, we would love if you took part in our mass one day fundraiser and sent us $25, $50, $100, $250 or whatever you can today to let dear old Nancy know how much you wish her many years living as a private citizen in what is, despite her influence, the freest nation in the world.

Said Dr. Paul, “John Dennis is truly committed to Liberty, personal freedom, fiscal discipline and a more sensible foreign policy. I am very happy that John has decided to run for Congress and wholeheartedly endorse him.”

Why don't we have a sub-forum for this guy yet?!

I would happily replace the Chuck DeVore subforum with a subforum for John Dennis, although I don't see any problem with having both...

Anyway, here's his webpage, I know there's a lot of money bombs lately but if you can spare a few bucks you should throw them his way.

I agree about the sub-forum! John is on pace to raise 300K in Quarter 1... and Pelosi is the worst, we need to get behind John.

As much as I'd love to see it happen, I will eat my shoe and my hat and post the video of it happening on youtube if Dennis actually beats Pelosi, or even comes within 20 points of her.

It will be worth donating and/or campaigning for the guy just for the opportunity to see this video! There are better reasons, but still... I wanna see Nate eating his clothes!

Wow, you're giving us 20 points?! Sweet!

What kind of shoe are you going to eat? :D

Agreed.

I think some of the folks here think that if they get excited about a candidate, and raise some money for him, that he can win.

They completely ignore the effects of GERRYMANDERING.

Pelosi has a job for life, folks. No Republican (or independent or libertarian or green or whatever) will ever beat her. The only way she could possibly lose is if a MORE LIBERAL Dem beat her in the primary (highly unlikely).

In the last seven elections, no Republican has cracked 13% against her.

Read that again carefully. Thirteen freakin' percent. This is possibly the most liberal district in the country.

It would take a miracle of Biblical proportions for any Republican to crack 25%, let alone "win."

So send your money if you want, but just be aware that 1) no Republican is going to win in this district- that's a stone cold guarantee and 2) Pelosi damn well knows it, so she's not going to be "intimidated" if a Republican raises a few hundred thousand dollars.

My advice: Unless you have unlimited funds and can afford to throw money at every race in the country, donate to candidates who at least have some chance.

Don't worry about anything. Everything is OK. Just make sure you vote GOP this fall to repeal this nasty legislation:

You're probably going to be warned about spamming all the threads with the same video, but the guy in the video is right. As long as the 2 party system remains controlled by the establishment, we, the people, will get the same beast. Continue to work to reclaim one head of the beast, the GOP, while holding a finger on the trigger with the barrel pointed at the other head. ;)

How do you kill a two-headed beast? Starve it? Slay one head? Ignore it? :)

I was excited by the 20 points he gave us... ;)
