An article was emailed to me. I haven't had the chance to read the full article yet. I'm at work, and people keep bugging me :). From what I've read so far, it looks like a decent article, so I thought I'd pass it along. My favorite part so far is,


And many states did not allow civilians to carry concealed weapons under any circumstances, as is still the case in Illinois and Wisconsin.

And it's doing wonders for Illinois' crime problems. :D

I know, and I agree. But the article was decent as far as mainstream media goes. But yes, you do not need permission to exercise a right.
