You'd think they would figure out that the bathroom is a NO-No thanks to Craig. Seriously though, who on the force figured this out to begin with to setup the stings?
Though, as long as no money is trading hands for prostitution... what exactly is the charge? Homosexuality though frowned upon is not illegal.
