He was talking about the sanction bill going through reconciliation. Isn't that only done once per year? If so, was it included in the heath care bill just voted on?

Netanyahu: "Allegations against Israel MUST be grounded in fact!" Right after the stated numberous times that Iran is insistent on developing nuclear weapons (not just nuclear power). Where are the facts that they are?
