Isn't this odd that a bill will be signed by a President that already includes . . . before his signature - his inferred signature included by an Executive Order.
Maybe the US Supreme Court may get to say something about all this masquerade of a passed bill and Presidential signature into law.
The Executive Order doesn't have the conviction of the President - - - it was just to influence votes - - - very funny stuff - Harvard Law baby.
