Don't have details yet, they'll be coming tomorrow, but just heard Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott on the radio. Texas, and numerous other states, will be joining together to file suit in federal court, tomorrow immediately following Obama's signing of the bill.

He was very positive, saying the Court has never upheld legislation requiring the mandatory purchase of a product. He was also emphatic that this expansion of the commerce clause went far beyond anything in the past and the current Court would likely overturn this legislation.

Listening to him, I actually felt that there is a good chance for this to be successful. This is going to be fast tracked and I've got a fantastic mental image of the liberal outrage, supported by the MSM, when we succeed.

Petty politics aside, this is simply something that is not possible according to our laws. They must alter the laws in the appropriate fashion or live with the fact it will be repealed.

A Federal legislature creating and proclaiming this healthcare a new "right" without the states' consent and ratification of an amendment seems impossible -
the Court must uphold these state nullifications.

A simple majority of the legislature in Washington DC can never decide to add and amend to the Constitution all by itself.
