His vision of a strictly regulated "Closed Internet" is an obvious ploy to resestablish the MSM as the last word on world events. That aside, his claim that "Biometric ID" will prove your identity online is another joke. Someone will write a logger to record / playback biometric data, then either intercept or socially engineer the info - and you're right back where you started.
