Prez BO First Executive Order was to allow international abortion funding

President Obama's first Executive Order was the repeal of the Mexico City Policy - the repeal allowing the U.S. international funding of abortion.

Government allowing choice may be one thing - but funding of abortion through this health care bill and then
the last minute gesture to manipulate the bill with Executive order is preposterous . . .
Obama's obsession with healthcare fantasy is now some grounds for an impeachment inquiry since BO is just not acting like he is upholding the constitution.

Maybe he'd be impeached if the government were not corrupted to the core as it was. I find that scenario about as likely as Bill O'Reilly campaigning for Ron Paul.

the Founders set up hign standards of integrity for the national Executive . . . it was never designed to be a monarchy for sure -
and I would expect those high standards that a President doesn't really introduce and get involved in legislation like this.
Republicans in November have this point to make and could only rally around an impeachment after taking over Congress of course.

If health care is a right according to Pelosi . . . then get the states to ratify an Amendment.

There would be no intent found under the general welfare in the Constitution that health care was a right . . . such a monumental change needs a real supermajority and an amendment.

The nullification argument is stronger since Obama usurped his powers to subvert the correct and proper process for this kind of amendment-like change -
this is not some law to add to the federal code. There was bipartisan opposition.
