Did ya take that five minute walk I proposed in the other thread? I've already had to spend two days in the hospital for my roommate because of sky rocketing BP. :(

My BP runs low normally.
With only a little concentration I can drop it even lower.

Self control. The only control I find acceptable. ;)

Had an MA freak out once, my BP was 90/40. he had to check twice and got a second cuff. :D

Seriously though my roommate just spent two days at the hospital for high BP. I got the call from here that she went in to renew a script and the doctor called an amber lamps because she was pinging 220 systolic. She protested because she was only two blocks away and said she'd just drive. Nope!

Anyways I'd love to get Mrs. AFs medicinal for her. PM or email me. It'd be appreciated.:)

Peter you'll probably outlive us all then. Your BP is probably on the level of a sloth. :D

I have intentionally slowed my heart rate to 15 beats a min.
That takes a bit of concentration.
