There might be some subjectivity involved on the part of their research team in categorizing individual donors as representatives of particular industries based on who they say their employers are. And I think depending on the specific claim being made about a given industry supporting a given vote, that factor could make a difference. But my guess is that it's accurate overall, and in most (though not all) cases whatever error results from this factor will affect both sides equally.
