As an attorney, C.M. Grayson III "failed to note the existence of several badges of undue influence" on his client . . .
when a millionaire writes his own daughter out of his will, for which Grayson became an executor.

"Grayson detailed the statutes of limitation he had researched in an attempt to alleviate concern that Bridget had any leg to stand on.
Reading the letter could easily lead you to believe that Trey and Elfers were trying their darnedest to cut her out completely."

How much of a black cloud in Kentucky still follows Charles Merwin the Third over this ?

Among the comments listed . . .

According to Democratic Party Chair Jonathan Miller, in the most recent Kentucky Gazette,
“No one can attack Trey Grayson’s integrity.”

This is a sad a pathetic example of how Trey Grayson conducts business. Unfortunatly, this story never really gained any traction, and it happened so long ago that it would be difficult for it to resurface.
