Billboards would be a great form of publicity for the Campaign For Liberty. Create a unique message that people can't ignore. Instigate a rebellion of the tax slaves.

It's hard to know what the Bush and Reagan billboards intention is. Maybe another one will come out. It certainly won't be the CFL putting these billboards up.
