The "Buzz" moment at the California GOP Convention was a true grassroots, Tea Party style event: a march through the Convention Center with a chant of "2010 - The Year Pelosi Ends!".
The buzz to end Nancy Pelosi's royal reign was lead by grassroots GOP candidate John Dennis. The Tea Party-style enthusiasm was contagious, as convention goers joined the chant and applauded. People wanted to know more about this bold challenger to Pelosi, and were more than happy to show their support for John's battle to unseat the Speaker of the House.
While John Dennis is well-known on the internet, many convention attendees were surprised to see a vigorous and enthusiastic candidate running against Pelosi in San Francisco. Some pundits see Pelosi as unassailable, but conditions could not be better for a grassroots upset in 2010.
