95% + of tea partiers are caucasian. So what? Why dig up a token Negro as if that proved they're not "racist". You're just giving power to their Trotskyist Frankfurt School smear term. La Raza is near 100% Mestizo and explicitly racial. The people calling the tea party "racist" don't say anything about them. Majority white political movements scare them (I think it's a gravy train thing). Invective is all they've got. Just laugh at them when they say that and ask if they've got any real criticism or objections.
