View Full Version : Some Fallacies About Government

Fallacy 1: The court represents the peopleThe courts do not represent "the people."
As a judge does not represent the government, being he or she only represents the judicial part of a three part "necessary tyranny" established by our Founding Fathers, likewise the court does not represent the people. It is the self evident and unalienable Truth that represents the people with this being their Civil Purpose.

Fallacy 2: An individual with an attorney is a match for the state with its attorneys.
As the individual is naturally at a severe disadvantage to the state, as the condition of the prostituted are naturally at a severe disadvantage to tyranny as well, then an individual with an attorney is likewise at a severe disadvantage to government as it doesn't follow the rules of the people's economy but operates under the official right of sovereignty.
So, as the economics of the disadvantaged people will certainly fail in the end, sovereignty will insure that the two attorneys and the tyranny they serve prosper.

Fallacy 3: Government needs to legislate.
As the old authority of tyranny once exploited their advantage over the people by politically manipulating them, the new authority established by our Founding Fathers is a "more perfect union" making it, at best, a "necessary tyranny."
So, our government shouldn't be working to exploit the natural advantage it has over the people, but serving them instead by working to rule as little as possible for the benefit of their Civil Purpose.

Let it be know that back in March, 2010, we in the United States suffered from what can only be described as a jubilee economy mentality. We arrived at this point because many believed that our economy would be blessed by the Almighty just as the jubilee economy of the Jews was once blessed, with their debt being forgiven every seven years.
But as the ten commandments are now in contempt with the New Covenant the Lord gave to the slaves, so the jubilee economy once blessed by God is now in contempt with the economy of the American people.
While we do need to maintain faith in the Almighty, this doesn't mean that we need not be responsible and, for cripes sake, take control of our economy!

I have a hard time following your posts. What exactly are the fallacies, and why are they fallacies?

I have a hard time following your posts. What exactly are the fallacies, and why are they fallacies?

1. When a judge says something like "the people versus the average Joe Blow," that court proceeding is in contempt of the Truth and the people's Civil Purpose. What is the opposite of the Truth? Well, it would be a huge lie.

2. Government is soveriegn in its affairs, the mysterious but necessary promiscuity it must undertake apart from the people. This means that tyranny will always have the nicest shoes to wear, the safest transportation to ride, and the best tasting food to eat. As the government is sovereign getting everything it needs, the disadvantaged people need an economy.
As an economizing individual is at a disadvantage to a sovereign state, as a prostitute is disadvantaged to her pimp, and as the people are disadvantaged to tyranny, an individual with an attorney remains disadvantaged when going up against the state with its attorneys.

3. A "more perfect union (necessary tyranny)" need not legislate, but it can work to avoid legislating for the benefit of the people (Civil Purpose).

The power presented here is not in what we can do, but in what is the Truth.

The Court isn't claiming to represent the people. When it says "the people" it is referring to the side that is prosecuting the individual, in a criminal case - e.g. the state's prosecutors. They say "the people" b/c that is supposedly what the state represents.

Well, the fact that an individual is naturally at a disadvantage in a criminal case, due to the disproportionate resources of the state, is one of the main reasons there are lots of rules in place to give the advantage to the criminal defendant (although I do think there should be more).

The Truth is self evident meaning that its definition does not need an expert explaining it just as an unalienable right reduces literally to be perceived by the conscience. So, quit with the act.

The people's Civil Purpose supercedes all legal precedence, past traditions and future events yet to occur. Why pretend to deny this?
As the soul of a trespassing prostitute is often prosecuted with her condition laid naked under the judgement of the land, so the laws of the land, the very principalities and power, will one day have to stand in judgement of the Truth.

Oooohhhkaaaayyy.....

Well, a "more perfect union" is never perfect. So, at best, it is the union that can be perfected forever. This demonstrates that the political purpose of our Founding Fathers wasn't to focus on government with the intentions of creating a perfect one, but to focus on the sake of the people by creatinge a "necessary tyranny" to serve their Civil Purpose.

I seriously think you might have a mental disorder. Your sentences are gibberish.

"The Truth" "Civil Purpose" - you're just talking nonsense.

How can anyone be so cruel as to "seriously" think that someone else has a mental disorder? Certainly you jest.
Try hitting an apple in a tree sometime by aiming directly at the apple. Without the ideal of a blue sky to aim for, our Civil Purpose, we will never obtain the apple as our happiness. Likewise, legal precedence for the sake of legal precedence is no better than anarchy.
Without the Truth, this being the people's Civil Purpose, the intention of the law is blind to itself. As a result, all hope will then darken because legal precedence becomes the objective leaving the apple to rot away to the core.
