I'm going to attend one tomorrow to drop some truth bombs regarding Obama's record. Please help me build a list of grievances that will resonate with a liberal crowd.

1. Indefinite detention without trial.
2. Warranteless wiretapping
3. Guantanamo still operating
4. Assassination of American citizens without trial
5. Proposed use of military commissions is unconstitutional
6. Escalation of war in Afghanistan after receiving Nobel Peace Price
7. Expansion of war in Pakistan
8. Elimination of public option and single payer in health care plan
9. Administration is full of Goldman Sachs cronies
10. Continuing bailouts of rich corporate fat cats (GMAC) while average American suffers

http://www.coffeepartyusa.com/ - they claim to want to encourage dialogue with a civil tone, without mention of excluding particular view points. Sounds like a good opportunity to win over some converts that are turned off by the hysteria of the tea parties and the neocons that have taken them over.

No, I'm going to the Rally Protesting Planned Vote on ObamaCare at the Minnesota State Capitol at noon. Michelle Bachmann is going to be there.

A couple points...
There's no such thing as an assassination with a trial.
Not sure how bringing up that the health care bill fails to implement socialism is going to help our cause.
You could take a page out of Bunning's playbook and hammer home that they are ignoring pay-as-you-go.
Maybe point out that "America's first black president" balanced the budget, but this one isn't.

The point of bringing up health care is to discredit the Democrats in the eyes of the partisan drones, of which I am expecting plenty. I live in Chicago (Obama-land).

I'm aware of that. It's all the more reason to go and insert some good old-fashioned liberty values into the mix. I plan on going and exposing Obama for the charlatan that he is.

don't forget the promise of transparency and of having bills available a week in advance on the internet for public perusal

How about the # of Democrats that voted against ending the war in Afghanistan 3 days ago. One of the biggest reasons that Democrats were voted in last election was people thought they'd end the war, right? Fooled again.

Here's the vote results: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2010/roll098.xml
Here's the relevant thread: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=235223

Also, better to go with an attitude of "I thought Democrats were going to change things" than "these are the reasons why Democrats are bad". Keep pushing how Democrats are continuing the exact same policies as the Republicans did.
