I just bought it and it seems pretty interesting. Just got through the first 20 pages. I know it may not be an Austrian perspective (actually I know it's not). Any opinions?

Read it, then invest in "Freedomnomics"

I read Freakonomics. It's a good book. But do some research into the books, there has been some errors in it. Also, Superfreekonomics has been released. It is good too. Have't finished it yet. The books are good. Eye opening. I suggest Stossel's Myth Lies and Downright Stupidity. It has a similar feel to it.

I thought it was mediocre at best. I felt his "rogue" thinking was nothing out of the ordinary and didn't find myself particularly engaged in it.

I've read Freedomnomics (GREAT BOOK), never read Freakonomics. From what I've heard, Freakonomics is a fun read, though not particularly useful. It's on my list of books to check out some day.
