People who watch a lot of TV don't do much thinking.The TV is doing the thinking for them.then they just regurgitate what it tells them.;)

The 4th Amendment seems pretty clear on this issue. People have the right to be secure in their own persons unless a proper warrant is issued. People cite driver's licenses. However, those are state cards, not federal and don't have microchips. People have passports, but that is because the Congress has the power to set a Naturalization policy.

I thought he did terrible in this interview. He starts making some good points at the end I thought. But, the average viewer probably just assumes he is being paranoid.

I think we should argue cost and 'need' instead of all the paranoid conspiracy angles when discussing National I.D.
